Hailey cheesing it

Hailey has discovered the camera and that she can cheese it up and it makes mommy laugh. So she was demoing it here. She's just sooo cute.

Here's a "normal" smile. I think she's like her mommy and likes the camera. She also always had her mouth open in her pictures. Just like her mommy.

Northwest Trek

How Noah measures up to a moose

How Jacob measures up to a moose

Last Friday it was nice weather so we deceided to FINALLY take the kids to Northwest Trek. It's a wildlife park that has 400 plus acres of open range for the animals to live on. There were bison, elk, caribou, deer, mountain goats, sheep, moose, ducks and birds. They also had other animals in "cages." They had black bears, owls, bald eagle, wolves, insects, snakes, toad, and some smaller animals that we didn't get to. The boys had a blast and want to go back soon.

Another "deal" post

Last week there were some fun "deals" at Albertson's. I made Jody come with me so I could use 6 doubles between the 2 of us. Soooo.... guess how much we paid for this stuff....

$1.01
It was double coupons and the dressing was on sale for $1.50 and I had $1.00 coupons and when they doubled I had a 50 cent overage. We did have 4 candy bars but those were eaten in the car. That's how we kept the boys happy, including Jody :).
So, I got 4 packs of hot dogs for free. Both of the shaving gels were free and the Kraft dressing were free. We spent the $1.01 for the candy bars. Jody thought I was pretty cool after that. :)
Edited to add: I forgot to put the picture on and I already deleted from my computer and camera so. You'll just have to picture it in your mind. ;)

Oops

Sorry Grandma.... WE never got your video made. But we love you

Isn't Hailey cute? ;)

I guess she just deceided that it's time to get moving. I had fun videoing her. It was a girl's night. Daddy and the boys went to the Father and Son campout and hopefully they have fun.

My Albertson trip

I know it doesn't look like alot of stuff but I'm just proud of the amount I spent. :)
So, can you guess?!?!? I bought 8 packs of hot dogs and 1 box of popcorn for a grand total of $1.55
The hot dogs normally go for $2.29 a piece. They had a buy one, get one free plus I had a coupon for $1.00 off when you buy 2 plus Albertson's had their double coupons so the $1.00 was doubled. It just was sooo cool when it was 87 cents for the 1st transaction and 68 cents for the second one.

My mother's day present

What I got for Mother's Day from my 8 year old. Isn't he just soooo sweet?

Bow Board

My sister Heidi hosts a monthly craft challenge at her blog Blue Eye Blessings. This month the challenge is with ribbon. This one is right up my alley. I make bows for little Miss Hailey (out of ribbon) and needed somewhere to put them. I used an old bullentin board and put padded down and then material over the padded to match her room. I then found two cute flowers to add to the corners. I stapled 5 ribbons across the bullentin board and then just clipped the bows onto the ribbons. There you go.

Binki Fairy visit

Noah has had a binki every since he was a baby. In a "normal" world I would of tired and taken it away shortly after Hailey was born but....that didn't happen. We had been talking about how Noah is a big boy and big boys don't have binkis. We also were talking about how the binki fairy would take binkis to the babies who needed them. This pic was taken as his "last suck." He put the binkis in a bag and set them on the back porch for the binki fairy to take and she would leave him a present. Well, he wasn't very happy when we said it was bed time and he didn't have his binki. He even snuck outside and grabbed one. It didn't go over very well when I took it back from him. He had a rough couple of nights but now he's just fine without it. Good thing :) Now on to potty training...... (he is doing so-so pottying but pooping is another issue all together.)
