Bug's pigtails

We tried out pig tails. I thought they were really cute. Bug doesn't really like to get her hair done but I try to slip it in really quickly.

Tuckered out

I came home from the Y a couple of weeks ago and this is what I found. A tired little girl that just laid down and went to sleep. At least she's cute...

Current creations

I made some new bow/clips for Miss Bug. These are more of a toddler clips. I have recently cut her hair so these work very well for her hair.

Visit with Aunt Stephanie and friends from Japan

Last week, Jody's sister Stephanie came to visit as well as some friends from Japan. They're were on the way back to Japan and stayed the night. We picked them up from the airport and visited Pike's market. Then we went to the Space Needle. We've never been there before. The kids loved it and thought it was really cool to be up so high. We really enjoyed our visit with both our friends and Aunt Stephanie. Thanks guys.

Update on our sickos

Everyone is doing fine well except for mom. Luckily, I haven't gotten a fever just a cough. Jody is doing great on the antibotics and his checkup went great.

The kids are all back to FULL FORCE!!! I'm grateful that Jody is feeling better and back to his own self. He let me sleep in this morning which help.

Now, to get the pile of laundry accomplished.

Sickoos

So we've been sick for a week around our house. Some people get better on meds and some weren't sick at all UNTIL TODAY!!!!

Jody went to the ER Friday night and turns out he has pneumonia. Bubba has had a fever the longest but it's staying down with meds. He has also developed a cough. Bud has a cough and fever and Bug has a fever and running nose. Mom on the other hand was doing well just sleep deprived until today. I now have a sore throat and sinus issues.

Jody has a follow up appointment today. He's on antibotics. We couldn't get an appointment until Thursday. Luckily, it's for all 3 children.

Hopefully we will all be on the mend soon.

New toy

Thank you Ms Edie and Mr Charlie I love it.

Our friends from Japan sent Bug this for her birthday. She was soooo excited to play with it. She sat in her high chair just playing away while we did school. She loves it. Thanks again!!!

NO SISTERS ALLOWED!!!!

The boys were making a fort in their room and a little missy decided she should be involved too. The only problem was she was destroying whatever they built. This note was Bud's solution. I guess now a days a one year old can read. I love his ingeniusness.

I'm making a nursing cover for my friend in Japan and I wanted her to see the cool material I picked out. Hope she likes it and if not :P Love ya!!!

These are the bows that I made for Kaelyn which happens to be Kristen's daughter. She's due this December so hopefully both mother and daughter will love these too.

Bug's hair cut

Bug's hair was driving me crazy. The back really needed some help. It was cute when it curled up but it was just getting too long to curl up. So, I plopped her down in front of me and just cut. Then I started crying and called my friend for help. I ended up walking over to her house so she could distract Bug in order to finish the hair cut. I liked how it turned out. It's not completly even but it will do for now.

Pumpkin patch

We went to the pumpkin patch the Thursday before Halloween. The kids had fun but it was really cold.
