New hairdo

My mom has been on me about showing a pic of my new hairdo. Well, this is even different than I showed her on the webcam. You really can't see it completly but the cut is adorable. (Thanks Melanie) I love the color too. Just look at that cute little girl!!!!

Updates...

So, I know I'm not the greatest with updating. My new goal for the month is to update at least twice a week. Here goes with the updates.

Jody had a scan last week and we recieved the results on Friday. It looks like there is a "suspicious" in the soft tissue of his chest. He had a CT scan on Monday which is a 2-D scan. Hopefully, it was just something with the angle of the camera. He will have a more in depth scan (PET scan) after his next chemo which will be 3 weeks from today. So that scan will hopefully show more what the spot is.

Kim and the kids are busy with the YMCA and homeschool. Jacob has Homeschool PE and Homeschool swimming. School only has about 6 weeks left so we're winding down. He will still be doing some school work during the "summer" but just not as much. We both have enjoyed homeschool. Noah has deceided that he needs to do "school" too. I'm hoping that I have the patience to be able to homeschool Noah from the beginning. Today Noah's school was art. He wanted to paint all day long.

We are also are trying to completly potty train Noah. (No judging that he isn't potty trained yet with our year I would hope people would understand) Going potty really isn't the issue but #2 is another story. We've got a rough week ahead but I'm determined to get it DONE!!!!

Hailey is adorable as ever. She doesn't like to be left in a room by herself. She has stranger issue and she's becoming shy. She also has developed an ear piercing scream when she doesn't get her way. So it's been FUN at our house!!!! She is eating 100% better than a month ago. She's discovered that baby food is good. We've tried table food but she just doesn't have the chewing thing done yet. We'll just keep trying.

Easter pics

Here are my kids Easter pics. Hailey wasn't really happy with the first set of pics so we had to try again. Noah is such a character just look at that smile.

Decorating eggs

We decorated eggs Saturday. We first dyed the eggs and then the boys put stickers on the eggs to "decorate" them. Jody and I found Star Wars and Spiderman egg decorating kits at Goodwill (of all places) a month or so ago. The boys thought they were awesome. Which of course is Noah's new word. It's funny to hear him say "this is awesome Mommy." That kid just cracks me up.

Multnomah Falls

On our way home from Utah, we stopped at Multnomah Falls. We wanted to show Jacob and Noah the falls. We were kind of concerned that Noah and Hailey would have problems since they were both asleep when we got there. Noah woke up quickly when he saw the water. When we were walking up the the falls he said, "This is so fun, Mommy." It was really cute.

This picture was from a rest stop in Eden, Idaho. It's called the Garden of Eden. It has a nice water feature with a "wishing" fountain. We let the boys throw some coins into the fountain.

Here are a couple of pics from Kevin and Melanie's wedding. Hailey wasn't really sure of Aunt Melanie's flowers but she enjoyed looking at the them.

Update

I know I haven't stayed updated with our blog but...it's been crazy around here. The first week of April we found out that Noah had an ear infection. Then last Friday the doctor says Hailey has a double ear infection. She's been cranky lately but we just thought it was due to her teething. Looks like we were wrong even though she is getting 4 in at the same time and another one is on the way.
